Outer Material

Signature Line: 100% full-grain Egyptian cow leather with a soft Nappa finish. The natural surface of the hide is kept intact, so it won't peel or flake, and it softens and gains character over time.

Craftsmanship 

Assembled largely by hand, with Italian-made threads, and inspected at every stage of production. Leather finished to European quality standards.

Care

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean. Keep away from water, heat and direct sunlight for long periods. Avoid contact with oils, perfume and makeup.

Delivery

Free delivery on orders over LE 3,000. Under LE 3,000: Cairo & Giza LE 70, other governorates LE 100.
Cairo & Giza in 2-4 business days, Alexandria in 3-5, other governorates in 4-7.

Payment

Pay by card or cash on delivery. You can inspect your bag when it arrives, before you accept it. 

Exchanges & Returns 

Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The bag should be unused, in its original packaging, with its pouch. Email info@jiselle.net to start a return.
