🚚 Standard Delivery (Egypt)

Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Alexandria: 3–5 business days
  • Other governorates: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier operations.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Cairo & Giza: 100 EGP
  • Alexandria: 115 EGP
  • Other Governorates: 140 EGP

Free Shipping is available on all orders over 2,499 EGP.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

Orders placed on Fridays or official public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📞 Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipment.

Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.

📍 Delivery Information

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address
  • A valid mobile phone number
  • Any helpful delivery notes (building number, floor, landmark, etc.)

Orders with incomplete or inaccurate information may experience delays or be cancelled if delivery cannot be completed.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Full payment is required upon delivery.
  • Partial payments are not accepted.
